Santa Elena Vineyards

Santa Elena Winery is a project that brings together a group of people with high standards, determined to convey sensations and experiences that arise in soil, wind and water. This group has a common goal: to revive the viticultural tradition of the Central Mexican Altiplano.

The vineyards are located 1,850 meters above sea level, which creates optimal conditions for the development of the vine: cool nights that give a relief to plants and grapes, as well as hot days to concentrate sugar, colors, aromas and textures.
